Development of a service information portal for notifications from incident management, release management and change management

The collected data are aggregated from multiple channels and being offered as notification subscription. Notification occurs depending on the user settings by email and/or SMS.

The data is either

  • manually entered
  • imported by a windows service from an external MySQL database at a configurable frequency
  • imported by a windows service from an external Oracle database at a configurable frequency
  • received through a WCF interface by external systems
